2. Return Eligibility
- Window: 30 calendar days from the date the carrier marks your parcel “delivered.”
- Condition: Items must be unused, untampered, and in the same packaging you received.
- Authorisation: Email sales@7ohspeciosa.com or call +1 (213) 647 2410 for an RMA number before sending anything back. Parcels without an RMA will be refused.
3. Non-Returnable Goods
For safety and compliance, we cannot accept returns on:
- Live plants or other perishable botanicals
- Custom-blended or personalised items
- Personal care products (e.g., inhalers, salves)
- Hazardous materials, pressurised cans, or flammable solvents

4. Shipping Costs for Returns
You bear the cost of sending Goods back to us unless the error is ours (wrong item, carrier-confirmed damage). Original outbound shipping fees are non-refundable. If your refund is approved, we will deduct the return shipping expense from the total credited amount.

5. Refund Process
- Inspection: We examine returned Goods within two business days of receipt.
- Decision: You receive an email stating approval or rejection.
- Payout: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within seven business days. Processing time on your bank or card network’s side may add a few extra days.
6. Exchanges
We do not run a traditional exchange programme. If you prefer a different product, please request a refund and place a new Order at your convenience.
7. Items Damaged or Wrong on Arrival
Document the issue (clear photos of packaging and product) and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will:
- Open a carrier claim if transit damage is evident, or
- Reship or refund immediately if we shipped the wrong SKU.
