Thank you for choosing 7OH Speciosa. We pack and dispatch every order from our Los Angeles facility with the goal of getting it to you quickly and in perfect condition. This page explains our carriers, cut-off times, transit estimates, and what happens if something goes wrong in transit.

Note: Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are the customer’s responsibility. Check your country’s regulations before ordering research botanicals.


2. Dispatch Cut-Off & Processing Time

  • Same-day shipping: Orders confirmed and paid before 6 p.m. Pacific Time (UTC 8), Monday–Saturday.
  • Orders placed after 6 p.m. or on Sunday/holidays leave our warehouse the next business day.
  • Paid orders enter a locked fulfilment queue; address changes must reach us by email or phone before the cut-off.

3. Tracking & Delivery Updates

A tracking link is emailed the moment your label is printed. You can also log in to your 7OH Speciosa account to view real-time status. Delivery notifications (exception, out for delivery, delivered) are pushed via SMS or email if you opted in.


4. Unexpected Delays

Weather events, carrier network congestion, or peak-season surges can occasionally add transit time. If a delay occurs, we will:

  1. Email you within 24 hours of the first carrier scan showing the issue.
  2. File any necessary tracer or insurance claim on your behalf.
  3. Offer a reship or refund if the parcel is officially deemed lost.
